Film Retreats
Real Bean Entertainment believes if you have a message to get across, the best way to do it is through the entertainment industry. Real Bean Entertainment also believes that the entertainment industry is a great place for any media-minded teen to break their way into a technical or acting career. And so, Real Bean is involved in leading and hosting multiple Film Retreats for Jr. High, Senior High and College aged students to take part in.
What is a Film Retreat?
In March of 2006, Kyle Lawrence and David Clevenger lead a similar Media Camp in Maple Ridge, B.C., Canada. (Seen in video above).
Simply put - A Film Retreat is where youth camp meets film school.
St. Louis Film Retreat
Being held Wed., May 31 through Sat., June 3 is open to students ages 13 through 19.

During these four days of intense training, hands-on experience, and tons of fun - The students will go through many interesting and interactive sessions on the various factors involved in producing a film/video. Each student will be able to choose whether they'd like to learn more of the acting side or be involved in the behind-the-scenes side of things. All students will be working along the side of many of the cast and crew from Season one of Completing Kaden.
The Real Bean Entertainment Film Retreat is being held at a camp just 2 hours south of St. Louis, Missouri. Rides for your students may be arranged from South St. Louis County or from St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
If registerred by May 5, 2006 - The cost for the entire 4-day experience (includes lodging and meals) is only $55.
What's up with the price? $55 per student covers the cost of the facilities and all meals. All other costs have been covered, as we believe that any student even remotely interested in the entertainment industry should attend this retreat and we are confident in the fact that all students will greatly enjoy this 4-day event.
